Despite being advertised as a knockdown rebuild, this North Shore property was transformed into a beautiful family home by Urban Appeal. The renovation focused on creating amazing flow and open living spaces, with highlights including a Hamptons-style kitchen, ample storage, and a luxurious Italian-tiled bathroom.

This Narrabeen bathroom has been completely transformed by Urban Appeal Constructions. Inspired by its coastal surrounds, we designed a palette which accentuated the available space, and utilised luxury finishes such as underfloor heating and sensor lighting to create a spa-like oasis.

An 1800s terrace in McMahons Point required a new deck, but replacing the old boards revealed a deteriorated structure that needed a full rebuild and an upgraded stormwater system. The project was completed with a new deck featuring a custom hatch and LED lighting to match the home's renovated interiors.

The Beachcomber is an iconic mid-century Australian home celebrated for its affordable, light-filled design and Bauhaus attitude. We recently had the privilege of restoring one of these architectural gems in North Narrabeen, preserving its original charm for future generations.

Annandale Bathroom
Facing a major water leak, this Annandale bathroom presented the perfect opportunity for a complete overhaul. The transformation centered on creating a resort-like sanctuary. We achieved this luxurious feel using large format 600x600 tiles, complemented by beautiful brushed brass tapware, a sleek frameless glass screen, and a stunning wall-mounted vanity.
