McMahons Point

This 1800s terrace in McMahons Point needed a new deck that matched its exquisitely renovated interiors. Although the initial plan was to only replace the decking boards, removing them revealed that the deck structure was significantly deteriorated and required immediate repair. This also provided an opportunity to upgrade the underlying stormwater system. The project was completed with the installation of a custom-made, discreet hatch and LED lighting.
